What should I wear?
We won’t judge you, no matter what you wear! Most of us typically wear jeans and a dressy/casual shirt, but when you visit us you may see a dress or a suit coat and also a few t-shirts. Occasionally you may find a tie or two, but generally we are pretty casual. There is no need to worry, just come as you feel comfortable!
Where should I park?
When you turn off of the highway, stay to the right hand side of the building. You will see the covered entrance to the church building and can park anywhere in that area. If you need, feel free to pull under the awning and let your family out before you park.
Where should I enter the church?
The main entrance is under the big awning on the south side of the building. When you enter through that door, the Auditorium will be on your left. We have a welcome table just inside that door on the right hand side of the Foyer, so please stop by for a gift! We also will have greeters available to help you find anything that you need.
Is there a nursery?
Yes! Our nursery is monitored by capable, responsible adults and available for children 4 years old and younger. See the map below for the location of the nursery, or just ask one of the greeters.
Can I attend Sunday School on my first visit?
Yes, we would love to have you! We have groups for all ages!
How will I know what Sunday School class to attend?
Sunday School starts at 9:00 AM so if you can arrive 10 minutes before that one of our greeters will be happy to help you find a class for you and your family. We encourage adults to try a few classes before they choose, so don’t feel pressured to make your final choice on the first day!
What is the service like?
Our main worship service starts at 10am on Sundays and is open for all ages. You can expect to experience heartfelt worship led by a variety of musicians, Scripture-driven messages that relate to your everyday life, and multiple opportunities to approach God in prayer. We keep things simple and real. God does not expect perfection, and neither do we. We allow God to use our strengths and our weaknesses to bring Him honor… that means there will be many people serving and leading throughout the service but none of us claim to be experts. We simply serve, worship, and gather together out of sincere and grateful hearts… and you’re welcome to join us!
What can I do if I’d like more information about FBC Ramsey?
When you visit please come by our welcome table in the foyer. We would love to meet you and give you a gift for being our guest. We offer welcome packets at the table, as well, with more information about the ministries and activities we offer. There are also welcome cards in the seat backs in the auditorium. If you fill one out and turn it in at the welcome table or give it to one of our staff, someone will contact you to answer any further questions.
