R3 Women’s Conference

Join us on September 21, 2024, for our annual R3 Conference.

Our theme this year is “SEEN” based on the name of God revealed in the story of Hagar. “El Roi” means “the God who sees.” We want you to know that you are seen and known by the God who made you so that you can walk through your life with joy in His presence, confidence in His promises, and compassion for others who feel invisible.

Online registration will open Monday, August 5!

T-shirts must be pre-ordered before September 13 at midnight.

Shirts are Bella + Canvas Unisex Jersey Short-sleeved V-neck t-shirts in navy blue with silver conference logo.

Meet our Keynote Speakers & Worship Leaders

Kari Jones

Kari Jones is a Christian Comedian who regularly performs in theatres, churches, and other special events throughout the midwest and south.  After the tragic loss of her father, she learned how healing laughter could be. Her passion is bringing joy to others through laughter, and demonstrating how her greatest sorrow has become her greatest song. She tours regularly with DryBar Comedian Lee Hardin. She has also shared the stage with other DryBar alums Hoss Ridgeway, Brian Bates, Isaac Witty, and Kristin Witty.

Stephanie Shouse

Stephanie is a Bible Teacher at heart and loves helping people connect God’s truth to their lives. She leads alongside her pastor husband at FBC Ramsey where she is part of the worship team and supports a variety of other ministries. She has a bachelor’s degree in Bible Teaching and is working on her Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling. After more than 25 years in ministry, she knows how to laugh at herself, trust God in the unexpected, and love people through the ministry of presence.

Breakout Session Topics:

This year you will choose two breakouts to attend. Each breakout session will be based on the life of a lesser known woman in the Bible and the practical lessons that we can apply to our lives as women today. (details subject to change)

  • Hagar– Single But Not Alone- designed for singles never married, single moms, divorced, or widowed; Hagar was alone, no husband or family protection- sometimes by her own sin, some by the sin of others, and some through the brokenness of the world in general… but God never forgot her. He was with her, providing for her and giving her the opportunity to be part of His plan.
  • Rahab– Fighting for your Family with Faith- designed for those who want to see their family rescued from the world to become part of God’s family. Rahab believed what she knew about God and stepped out in faith, rescuing her family from certain destruction. This session covers ways women can fight for their family through teaching, prayer and living lives devoted to Christ.
  • Deborah– Leading When You’re Not In Charge- how to lead in your family, church, and community when you don’t have the boss role or when you don’t feel like a boss. Deborah was a judge but Barak was the one in charge. She supported him through encouragement, boldness, and wisdom, we can find ways to do the same.
  • Abigail– Honoring Christ When You’re Married To A Jerk- Abigail was married to a man who behaved very foolishly. She handled him honestly, graciously, and wisely. We’re all human and often behave like jerks. This session will discuss how you can honor Christ in your marriage and other relationships when the other person is behaving… like a human.
  • The Queen of Sheba & Proverbs 31– The Queen of Sheba sought out time with Solomon in order to gain wisdom she could not find in her own world. Proverbs 31 describes a wise woman using practical application we can all relate to. This session will discuss how to recognize the difference between worldly perspective and godly wisdom and encourage us to pursue and live by true wisdom.
  • Anna– God’s Not Done With You Yet- How to faithfully serve the Lord in your later years. Anna was able to see the baby Messiah with her own eyes because she was faithfully serving the Lord in the temple in her old age. Just because you’ve already “put in your time” doesn’t mean you can “retire” from the faith. Rather than focusing on what you cannot do, this session will focus on what God can do through your faithful obedience.
  • Priscilla– Becoming a Woman of the Word- Priscilla and her husband Aquilla were very strong leaders in the early church. She recognized false and/or incomplete teaching in Apollos and taught him truth. She is listed as a co-worker of Paul’s and led within the early church. She was obviously well-versed in Scripture and taught with gracious confidence. This session will help women recognize the importance of being in the word, studying the word and living the word.
  • Lydia– Christian Business Women & Side Hustlers- how to use your resources and influence to impact your community for Christ. Lydia was a business woman who had a reputation for being generous and God-honoring with her resources- the early church even met in her home- this session will provide a place for discussing practical ways to utilize your own resources and influence for kingdom impact.

Registration Opens August 5!
